This one sits at the end of a cul-de-sac inside a gated neighborhood, on a little over half an acre of wooded lot, and it was custom built in 1986 by people who cared about the details. Nine foot ceilings on the first floor, crown molding, wood ceilings, six panel doors, a two story vaulted entry.
It had good bones and it needed a refresh, so that is what we did. New granite in the kitchen, new flooring and carpet throughout, updated lighting, fresh paint, new hardware. The primary bath was already beautiful and we left it alone.
The sun room off the family room looks out at the trees. The deck is a big one. There are three bays in the side load garage. And the association covers the gate, the pool and the park, which is the part people do not expect.
